How do I make an adjustment to someone’s holiday balance?

This is easily achieved in the Absence tab of the Employee Form.

  1. Select ‘Employees’ from the Menu Bar.
  2. Select the required employee from the Employees Tree.
  3. Select the ‘Absence’ tab.
  4. In the ‘Absence’ section, select ‘Configure’.
  5. Select the required leave channel (Personal, Public or Lieu).* 
  6. Select the ‘Adjust’ box in the required year and input the required adjustment.**
  7. Save.

* Public and Lieu leave channels may not be enabled.

** Adjustments can be made to either add to or subtract from the employee’s total allowance. To subtract, simply enter a minus figure.
